Moonbeam Soaps – Shipping, Cancellations & Returns Policy

Order Processing

  1. All orders are carefully packed and processed within 3–5 business days from the time of receipt.

  2. Our business days are Monday to Friday. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping & Delivery

  1. Once dispatched, your order will typically reach you within 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

  2. We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers for deliveries. Please note that delivery timelines are subject to their schedules and may vary due to regional or operational factors.

  3. During festive seasons, monsoons, or national holidays, shipping may take up to 3 additional business days.

  4. We currently ship across India.

Shipping Details

Please ensure that your full name, phone number, email address, and postal address are accurate when placing an order.
Moonbeam Soaps will not be responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect shipping details.

If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect details or non-availability, the return and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.


Returns & Exchanges

As our products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

However, we ensure every product is packed with utmost care using sustainable, eco-friendly materials. In rare cases where products arrive damaged or defective, please email us at support@moonbeamsoaps.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  • A clear, unedited unboxing video showing the damage (required for claim validation with our courier partner).

  • Your order ID and a short description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and get back to you promptly.


Refunds

At Moonbeam Soaps, each bar is handmade with care and attention. Due to the artisanal and personal care nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the order is confirmed.

Exceptions may be considered only in cases of:

  • Wrong item shipped, or

  • Damaged goods (with valid unboxing proof).

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.


Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@moonbeamsoaps.com within 24 hours of placing it.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped, as our team begins preparing them immediately after confirmation.


Important Notes

  • We currently do not offer same-day or next-day dispatch services.

  • Moonbeam Soaps reserves the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, payment issues, or delivery restrictions. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
