All our products are made in small batches using plant-based ingredients, ensuring authenticity and freshness.
2. Use of the Website

- You will use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You will not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the site.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders if misuse is detected.
3. Products & Handmade Nature
All Moonbeam Soaps products are 100% natural, 100% handmade, and cruelty-free.
As each bar is handcrafted, minor variations in color, shape, texture, or fragrance may occur — this is part of their natural beauty and uniqueness.
We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible through images and descriptions, but slight differences are normal and do not qualify as defects.
4. Orders and Payments
- Orders can be placed directly through our WooCommerce store.
- Full payment must be made at the time of checkout using secure payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal, UPI, credit/debit cards).
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
In rare cases where a product is unavailable or out of stock, we will notify you and issue a full refund or provide an alternative.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location (typically 5–10 days within India).
- You will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
However, we offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong item.
To initiate a return or replacement:

7. Bulk & Custom Orders

Custom orders require advance payment and may have longer processing times.
